Dave Gedosh


is a composer and sound artist on the faculty of Rose State College, where he directs the Music Engineering and Industry program.

His music encompasses a broad range of electroacoustic, intermedia, and electronic music genres. As well, he composes, records, and produces a wide range of music for local artists, radio, and independent video and film.

My piece Train Song was selected for performance at the New York City Electroacoustic Music Festival, New York City, NY., June 2-8 2014.

My piece Train Song was selected for performance at the Sweet Thunder Concert at the Fort Mason Center, San Francisco CA., April 24-27 2014.

I am happy to announce that I have accepted the position of Professor of Music at Rose State College, where I will be directing the Music Engineering and Industry program beginning this Fall semester.

My piece, Train Song, was selected to be included in the Music from SEAMUS CD Vol 23.

I was recently awarded a two-week research residency at the Center for Experimental Music and Intermedia, University of North Texas. This research project includes the development and documentation of interactive technologies for use in dance and installation. Check out the Research page for more info.

My work, Systasis, for video and electroacoustic music, was selected as a finalist for the Fresh Minds Festival, Texas A&M. The final adjudication will take place at a public performance which is scheduled to take place in early Fall.
